"Ripassa" Valpolicella is made from regular Valpolicella, (Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella) produced in the usual red wine fashion then passed "back over" the lees of the Amarone or Recioto after their fermentation is complete.

Fratelli Zenato is a third generation family owned vineyard and winery in the heart of the Lugana DOC district on the southern slopes of Lago di Garda.

Northeast of the town of Verona, two wine growing districts intersect in the Illasi Valley namely the DOC-regions of Valpolicella and Soave. The wine growing estate Sant' Antonio owned by the Castagnedi brothers is found there.
