Our world famous gender illusionists - the beautiful and talented Ladies of Asia SF - serve you superb Three-star Cal-Asian cuisine and perform hourly atop the red runway bar. Add in signature cocktails, a Wine Spectator Award (2001-2005) winning wine list, and color morphing shojiscreen walls and you have a feast for all your senses! As you follow the red fiber optics downstairs into the dance club, you will begin to feel the heart of AsiaSF's hot spot. This subterranean brick-walled room features a hardwood dance floor showered by dazzling lighting. The DJ's booth, clad in green fluorescent glass, pulsates to the beat of the music while mirrors encased within red brick arches visually extend the feeling of this "happening" space.
By Muni or Bart:
You can take BART or MUNI to AsiaSF by getting off at Civic Center Station.
Walk up Market Street to 9th Street, turn Left and walk 2 blocks to Howard Street. The restaurant is on the corner of 9th and Howard.
Or -
You can take the F Line classic streetcars up Market Street and get off at 9th Street. Then walk 2 blocks south to Howard street. The restaurant is on the corner.
Or -
You can take the 19 Polk bus and walk from 8th and Howard or the 14 Mission Bus and walk from 9th and Mission.
From the East Bay and Bay Bridge:
Exit on the 9th Street Civic Center exit and follow 9th Street 3 blocks north to Howard St..
AsiaSF is on the right-hand side on the corner of 9th Street and Howard.
From the Peninsula and Highway 101 South and Highway 280:
Proceed to 101 North and 280 - follow signs that say "Civic Center".
Get off freeway at 9th Street exit.
Make a soft left onto 9th Street.
Go North on 9th Street 3 blocks to Howard St..
AsiaSF is on the right-hand side on the corner of 9th Street and Howard.
From the Golden Gate Bridge:
Take Lombard Street exit, turn right on Van Ness.
Then turn Left on Bush and Right on Hyde Street.
Hyde Street becomes 8th Street once you cross Market.
Go 2 blocks on 8th Street to Howard Street.
Make a right turn on Howard and we are the last building on the left side at the corner of Ninth and Howard.
