The 2007 Harvest and Crush has come and gone...which means the holiday season is on their way! This is the best time to get introduced to new Bouchaine wines, or to get reacquainted with your favorites. We will be hosting wine dinners during the month of November as follows:

11/7/07 Wednesday, 6:30pm, Rickey's in Marin, CA. Bouchaine guest: Mike Richmond, Winemaker; Donna Burk, Hosptality Director; Greg Gauthier, VP and Wine Advisor.

11/11/07 Sunday, 6pm, Cafe 36 in LaGrange, IL. Bouchaine guest: Greg Gauthier, VP and Wine Advisor.

11/28/07 Wednesday, 7pm, Dilworthtown Inn in West Chester, PA. Bouchaine guest: Mike Richmond, Winemaker.

Bouchaine Winemaker Dinner at Rickey's in Marin, CA

Please join Bouchaine winemaker Michael Richmond and Bouchaine Hospitality Director Extraordinaire Donna Burk at Rickey's in Marin, on Wednesday, November 7th. A menu has been specially paired to Bouchaine's current release wines, including our Chene d'Argent, which is in such limited production that it's usually not available for restaurant wine lists. Executive Chef: Noe Martinez. Wednesday, November 7th at 6:30pm. $70.00 per person.

First Course - 2006 Bouchaine Chene d'Argent Chardonnay, Carneros-Napa Valley served with Seared Halibut, Beet Carpaccio, Alfalfa Sprouts, With a Dill Vinaigrete.

Second Course - 2005 Bouchaine Estate Chardonnay, Carneros-Napa Valley served with Red Leaf & Watercress Salad, Bacon Lardon, Candied Walnuts, and Apricot Vinaigrete.

Third Course - 2005 Bouchaine Pinot Noir, Carneros served with Roasted Pork Loin, Yam & Sweet Potatoe Puree, Braised Turnips, Hibiscus Demi Glaze.

Fourth Course - 2006 Bouchaine Bouche d'Or Chardonnay Dessert Wine, Carneros-Napa Valley served with Key Lime Panna Cotta, Mango Gastrique
