No grand resort would be complete without gourmet cuisine, so it is only appropriate that The Claremont Resort & Spa committed itself to preparing only the finest dishes long before the edifice itself ever opened. For a quarter-century spanning the end of the 19th Century and the beginning of the 20th, the resort’s grounds were cultivated to exquisite perfection. Among the towering palms and blossoming flowers, an extensive herb garden and numerous fruit trees were nurtured so that they might some day delight the palates of the resort’s guests. Today, the same level of service and forethought goes into every meal we serve.
