The Eldorado offers guests free airport shuttle service daily from 6 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.; the service runs every half hour. Upon your arrival at the Reno Tahoe International Airport, proceed to the baggage claim area and follow the signage directing you to the general airport shuttle area to board the Eldorado shuttle.
Hotel Policies
- Upon check-out, the Eldorado charges a small Resort Fee per night, per room, which provides the following complimentary services and amenities to hotel guests (subject to change without notice):

- The maximum number of people allowed in a room is four.
- Check-in time is 3 pm.
- Check-out time is 11am.
- There is a $10 extra person charge, per person for both the third and fourth guest.
- There are no room charges for children 12 and younger occupying the same room as their parents.
- Rollaways and cribs may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.
- Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.
- All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
