The 2006 Fabulous Fior Wine Dinner Series
You can join us every last Thursday of the month for a special dinner organized by Cindy Friedman, Wine Education Specialist, Events of the Vine.
Starting in March, we will be featuring top producing wineries of California that will co-host this event with us every month. We will offer multiple-course gourmet meals designed to pair with different styles of wines being offered.
This is the perfect opportunity to taste great Italian food with fabulous wine while gaining an understanding and appreciation for the variety of wines produced in California.
The following wineries are participating for the given dates. A representative from each wine producer will be present to brief our guests on the history of their winery and what makes their winemaking style unique.
