Soberanes Room. Featuring beautiful wood flooring, gold-leaf artwork by Eve Tartar, French doors with natural light and black-out capabilities, the Soberanes Room offers 744 square feet of meeting space, and can accommodate up to 40 guests in comfort and elegance.

La Posada Room. With room for up to 16 guests, the La Posada Room features wood flooring, original artwork, and French doors.

Piños Room. Perfect for executive board meetings or company retreats, the distinctive Piños Room can accommodate up to 12 guests and features an executive board table with high back leather chairs, wood flooring, French doors, original artwork, and an armoire with a wet bar.

Del Sur Courtyard. The stunning Del Sur Courtyard features a tiered fountain and lush greenery, making it the ideal location for a private, catered lunch, evening reception or Monterey County wine tasting event.

Events and Meeting Facilities at Monterey Conference Center

Serra Ballroom & Exhibit Hall. The 19,600 square foot Serra Ballroom & Exhibit Hall offers unobstructed space for 119 exhibit booths or 2,457 seats in theater style arrangement. The Serra Ballroom features a stage with performance lighting, a state-of-the-art sound system, a large projection screen, and an adjoining kitchen that can serve up to 2,500 guests.

Steinbeck Forum. This elegant and well-equipped facility features seating for 500 people with upholstered lounge-like seats with convenient, fold-up writing surfaces, state-of-the-art sound system, and more than fifty microphone inputs spaced through the auditorium that encourage audience participation.

Ferrante Room. The Ferrante room is a modular room that can be devided into three rooms, with moveabe dividing walls that can section off teh space for smaller groups, or the space can be used as one large undivided space for up to 220 guests.

Colton Room. With its easily moveable dividing walls, this room can be sectioned off into three individual spaces for smaller gatherings, or it can be used as one large undivided space to accommodate as many as 150 guests.

Dana Board Room. Perfect for conference style meetings and pressroom space for up to 14 guests, the Dana Room is equipped with a permanent board table.

The 19,600 square foot Serra Exhibit Hall offers unobstructed space for 119 exhibit booths and the Steinbeck Forum theater is the perfect venue for live performances, lectures, and forum style business meetings with 494 comfortable seats. The Conferences Center is well equipped to accommodate groups as large as 2,500.

Located in historic downtown Monterey, the Monterey Meeting Connection is a hotel conference center group that consists of the Monterey Conference Center and three downtown Monterey hotels, including the luxurious Hotel Pacific.
