Le Colonial/ Private Events

Accomodations:

Cosmo Room: Private full bar, 6-disc CD sound system, and coat check room. The room accommodates up to 50 people for sit down dinner and up to 90 for standing
reception.


Captain's Cabin:
There are two options available in the Captain’s Cabin:
the Back of the Captain’s Cabin for a smaller group and the entire Cabin for a larger group.


Lounge:
The upstairs lounge and veranda offer a relaxed salon furnished with rattan couches, faded antique rugs and low wood tables. There are a number of private and semi-private options available in these spaces. Cigars and cigarettes are welcome on the veranda.

Veranda:
This spacious portico features low wood tables comfortable couches and ceiling fans separated from the Lounge by french doors. Heat lamps provide a warm atmosphere for an after dinner cigar or cigarette.

Plan your Event

Entire Restaurant:
Groups are welcome to rent the entire restaurant for a private event. This includes the two main dining rooms which accommodate up to 200 for a seated event. For a large cocktail party we can comfortably accommodate up to 600 guests through out the restaurant.

Miscellaneous:
We are happy to provide floral arrangements, placecards, entertainment, audio visual
equipment and any special decor. These items would be in addition to any food & beverage minimums. Personalized printed menus are done for all parties.

Room Reservation:
Thank you for your interest in Le Colonial restaurant for your special event. The following are our banquet guidelines and menus. Your reservation for a private room will be confirmed when your deposit has been received. This is a deposit only and will be deducted from your bill at the conclusion of your event. In the event of cancellation, this deposit is refundable two weeks prior to your function. After the four-week limit, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

Menu Selection and Guest Count:
For food preparation purposes, all menu selections must be finalized one week in advance. A guaranteed head count must be received two business days prior to your event. This number will be considered final. You will be charged for your actual attendance or guaranteed guests in attendance, whichever is greater.

Billing:
All balances are due at the conclusion of your event. We accept most major credit cards and company checks. We do not accept personal checks for final payment. A 20% gratuity will be charged to all food and beverage totals. All banquet charges are subject to a 8.5% sales tax. Additional labor charges will be applied to all functions exceeding four hours in length.

Alcoholic Beverage Policy:
All beverages must be purchased through Le Colonial restaurant with the exception of wines with the following restrictions. Corkage for private events is $20.00 per bottle. Our liquor license requires our staff to request proper identification of any person who is underage or if proper identification cannot be produced. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated.

Lost Items:
Le Colonial is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of equipment, merchandise or guest personal belongings.
