Peacock Gap Golf & Country Club
The banquet facility at Peacock Gap Golf & Country Club accomodates up to 500 people and offers views of the golf course and surrounding hills. It is the perfect setting for your special event; wedding, business meeting, casual golf outing or tournament. Our professional staff has a reputation for providing friendly and attentive service, assuring that every detail is taken care of and that your function runs smoothly and efficiently. We offer complete packages for any size group.

Room Rental Fee: Rental fees cover a six hour period including all linen, set up, clean up & bar fees.

Ceremonies: We offer the option of having your wedding ceremony here at Peacock Gap on our outdoor patio. Our fees will include chairs & use of the wedding arch.

Capacity: The main ballroom can accomodate up to 500 people seated.

Event Service: Your rental includes professional event coordinating services to make your planning easier.

Deposits & Payments: To reserve the banquet facility for your event, a deposit, payable to Peacock Gap Golf & Country Club, is required. One week prior to your event, a payment for the guarantee amount of event is due. Any additional amount due is payable at the conclusion of your event. Cash and personal checks only. No credit cards are accepted.

Refunded Deposits: The amount of the deposit is deducted from the final bill. In the case of cancellation, if 120 days notice or more is given, 50% of the deposit will be refundable. If notice is given with 119 days or less, there will be no refund of the deposit.
