When LUXURY means Advanced Technology: Pure Luxury's entire office, vehicles, and chauffeurs are equipped with the highest levels of new technology. We have an FAA approved satellite flight tracking system and a GPS vehicle tracking system. You can be assured that anything that could go wrong will be solved without our clients even realizing there was a problem. When LUXURY means Reservations: All reservations made at least 24 hours in advance are guaranteed and last minute requests can usually be accommodated. We never say no to corporate customers, unless there are extenuating circumstances in the geographical area in which you are requesting transportation.

When LUXURY means Pure Luxury Chauffeurs: Our chauffeurs are always in uniform and provide our clients with courteous and helpful service. All chauffeurs must pass an extensive training program that includes maintaining safety, defensive driving skills, and etiquette training. This assures us that our clients are receiving service that is second to none.

When LUXURY means Accounting: All corporate accounts are offered itemized statements in a format that works for their system. Our accounting program is the most intensive software the industry has, so we can guarantee your satisfaction in the billing process.

Airport...

Let Pure Luxury provide your airport transportation
No matter how late or early the flight arrives, we will be there. We track all flights, whether private or commercial, with a satellite flight tracking system. Arriving flights are automatically updated by our reservation software system, then each chauffeur is automatically paged a half hour before your airline touches the ground. Our chauffeurs are tracked every minute to assure our customers prompt service.

On arriving flights, chauffeurs are expected to be at the airport by the pre-flight arrival time. If you book reservations for other travelers in your company, please be sure to give them our
"800-626-LIMO" number. If needed, they can contact us upon their arrival.

Pure Luxury procedures for airport pick-ups are as follows:

  • Chauffeurs are required to park in designated parking spaces on all arrivals unless a curb meet is requested.
  • Chauffeurs hold an 8.5" by 11" sign that reads: "Pure Luxury Welcomes…" followed by the passengers surname.
  • Upon meeting a client, a Pure Luxury chauffeur will introduce himself/herself, offer to assist the passenger with their luggage, and confirm the destination.
  • If, after all passengers on an arriving flight have deplaned and the chauffeur has not met his passenger, he/she will have the individual paged on the public address system. He/she will then check with the airline to confirm if the passenger was on the flight. If the chauffeur is still unable to locate the passenger, Pure Luxury's office is notified and the dispatching staff will attempt to call the contact name on the reservation. Alternatively, if the passenger cannot find his/her chauffeur, we request that they call the toll-free number and inform the dispatcher that they cannot locate their chauffeur. The dispatcher will subsequently call the chauffeur on his portable digital radio. We also use alpha numeric pagers that inform the chauffeur exactly where the passenger is calling from and even what they are wearing.

With more and more corporations relying on their own aircraft and aircraft management companies to provide their much-needed travel for key executives and managers, Pure Luxury is well aware of the unique needs of such a service.

Pure Luxury will be there when the jet arrives. The chauffeur will be aware of your entire itinerary, so that you can get your work done. Any and all special needs, of any client, will be handled without any questions asked.
