Club Level
Named "Best in America" by Andrew Harper's Hideaway Report, The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco Club Level is reserved for guests staying on the top floors of the hotel and is often referred to as a “hotel within a hotel,” where a Club concierge attends to individual needs in an elegant lounge, featuring a wood-burning fireplace and complimentary beverages and culinary delights throughout the day.
The Newly updated Business Lounge offers Club guests complimentary 24-hour wireless Internet access; two work stations with printers; and a 32-inch high-definition, LCD flat-panel television for all bussiness and "lounging" needs.
The Club experience begins once a reservation is made. A guest relations agent ensures each guest preference is met, including airport transportation, car rentals, dinner reservations or massage treatments.
Upon check-in, guests may retreat, via keyed elevator access, to their Club Room. The Club Lounge offers below special amenities.
