Prior to Arrival

How do I make an appointment?
Appointments are available seven days a week 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The reservations desk operates 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Appointments for services will be reserved with a credit card. Please request a service or call the reservations desk at 415-364-3460 to book your appointment.

Spa Policies

What is the cancellation policy?
To avoid being subject to 100% of the treatment price, cancellations and changes for treatments or services must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments. The full service (s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no show appointments.

Is there any age restriction?
Guests must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult.

What is the charge for an in-room treatment?
There will be a $20 charge for all in-room treatments done before 9 p.m. and $30 after 9 p.m.
