A. Simply click on the HOTEL DETAILS link on the hotel page for more specific information about that hotel. We also publish hotel's direct telephone numbers on every hotel page. Please call them directly to find out a specific answer if you can not find it on the page. On most of the cases you will find related information. |

Q. What if I find a better hotel rate after I've made a reservation
through Destination Partners portals. |

A. We stand behind our lowest-rate guarantee, and we're confident that more than 99 percent of the time our rates will be comparable to or lower than any of our competitors'. However, if you do find a lower rate, just send us an e-mail with your confirmation number specifying the rate you found for
the same dates and the site you found it. We'll issue you a check for the difference within 1 week. |

| Q. How do I cancel or change my reservations? |
|
A. Once you receive your confirmation via email from us for your stay, there is also a link on the page for cancellations. You can click on the CANCELLATIONS link, then click the "submit" button after you indicate your confirmation number for the reservation. You are also welcome to call us at,

hotel that I can't resolve? |

| Q. How do I find out about special promotions, discounts, and events I can take advantage of during my stay? |
|
A. Simply sign up with our e-mail database, and you'll be notified automatically. Click on our COUPONS link (in the left column of the DestinationPartners home page) to find value coupons you can print out for discounts on tours, attractions, restaurants, wineries, museums, and shopping. |

| Q. How do I get information in a foreign language? |

A. Contact the San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau's Visitor Information Center when you arrive in San Francisco . Languages spoken by center staff members include English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Japanese. You can also hear about current events in any of these languages by calling any of these five information hotlines (area code 415):

| Q. What types of public transportation are available? |
|
A. The San Francisco Municipal Railway, known locally as Muni, operates a comprehensive transit system that includes buses, trolley buses, a metro system, historic streetcars, and of course the world-famous cable cars. Cable car fares for adults 18-64 are $3 ( 7 a .m.-9 p.m. daily) $1 (all other times). Bus, streetcar, and metro fares are $1.25. Discount fare (for ages 5-17, 65+, and disabled riders) is 35 cents; $2 for cable cars. Exact fares are required. When you pay your fare on buses, streetcars, and metro lines, you'll get a two-part transfer slip, which allows you to transfer to any bus, streetcar, or metro line twice within a 90-minute timeframe. Transfers cannot be used on cable cars; single fares must be paid each time you board. Muni operates Monday-Friday 5:30 a.m.-12:30 a.m. ; Saturday 6 am -12:30 a.m. ; Sunday 7:30 a.m.-12:30 a.m. |

| Q. Can I get a discount transit pass? |
|
A. You can buy a one-day ($9), three-day ($15), or seven-day ($20) discount Muni Passport at the Visitor Information Center at 900 Market Street , downstairs from the cable car terminal at the corner of Market and Powell streets. A Muni Passport allows you to travel on the cable cars, Muni buses, metro, and F-Market streetcars anywhere within San Francisco . Just show your Muni Passport to get discount entrance fees at most city museums and many San Francisco attractions.

A. The San Francisco Convention & Visitors Bureau's Visitor Information Center can provide you with a map that includes the 49-Mile Scenic Drive , a 49-mile self-guided driving tour of San Francisco . Expect to spend about four to five hours (or longer) on the tour, depending, of course, on how often you stop. |
